Its a bit of a shame, I liked JRun (without the ColdFusion) as a J2EE server. Its really good as a backend for Flash/Flex applications because it comes with remoting pre-installed and its fairly easy to use on a day by day basis. Since they're not going to do any feature updates on it I don't understand why they not just drop it all together and just focus on better support for ColdFusion in other J2EE servers and be done with it. But thats probably what there doing now anyway, everyone currently using JRun as an J2EE server will start phasing it out. Still, its a shame...
