My New Venture - Delivering Better User Experiences to the Washington, DC Area

I am pleased to finally announce the details of my new venture. I have joined forces with Effective UI (http://www.effectiveui.com) to deliver the best user experiences possible to the Washington, DC area. Specifically, I will be running Effective UI's Washington, DC office - overseeing operations as well as continuing to "roll up my sleeves" to teach, code, consult, architect, and manage projects of all sizes.

I chose Effective UI for several reasons, the most important of which being:
  • Effective UI is deeply committed to client satisfaction
  • Effective UI does really amazing work
  • Effective UI only works with the best
  • My professional mission and personal vision coincide very closely with the ideas and attitudes exhibited by the staff and culture at Effective UI

Though I will be working with government, association, and private sector entities, I am particularly interested in the technical and political challenges that lay ahead in delivering tomorrow's user experience today within the Federal government.

To discuss what Effective UI can do for you, I can be reached via email me at simon.horwith@effectiveui.com or, as always, at simon@horwith.com.

Clark Valberg's Gravatar Congratulations Simon. EffectiveUI is definitely a "fast company" to watch. Rob has amassed some incredible talent in the field of RIA and the market has rewarded him with an impressive portfolio of clients. Creating a point of presence situated close to government clients is a smart move. Under your direction I expect it will prove a very profitable venture.
